My name is Kristen Singleton. I am 18 years old, and I attend Destrehan High School. Also, I am currently a senior taking an advanced television broadcast course at the Satellite Center.

My main focus is journalism and broadcasting. I plan to attend Louisiana State University, majoring in journalism with a PR minor. My ideal career is to become a successful anchor and an experienced editor in film as well.

At the Satellite Center, the Advanced Television Broadcast Team Members and I have ample opportunities to gain professional experience. I’ve directed a St. Charles Parish School Board meeting, Hahnville High School Jamboree, two Hahnville on the Prowl Shows, and one United Way Show.
