Club Spire became a covid nightmare after crowds of 300 people without mask flooded the club. Another 200 plus angry partygoers weren’t able to step a foot inside. Tickets ranged from $200 to $10,000.

Celebrity guests such as Trey Songz, Meek Mill, and Fabuloso attended these covid dumps. Larry Morrow, an influencer from New Orleans booked out Club Spire along with three other downtown nightclubs for his birthday weekend.

After finding out that most of Larry’s party guests were from New Orleans, Mayor Cantrell angrily put New Orleans back into phase one. Mayor Turner of Houston immediately makes stricter club policies due to increased covid cases in both cities. He quoted later that night, “So, the best way to deal with that is not to allow clubs and bars to characterize themselves as restaurants, and recognize they are who they are, and they are not going to change.”
