This is culinary arts, one of the many courses at the Satellite Center. In this class aspiring chefs are taught collaboration while cooking , different cooking techniques, and how a professional kitchen is ran. This class is taught by head chef Patrick Phelan, and he is also the one who watches over the chefs and gives them pointers as they cook.
