The project was for us to choose a concentration out of sports, weather, a feature story, documentary, or a commercial. The topic I chose was sports. I decided to make a highlight reading for basketball. I also produced my own sports show. I chose this because I wanted to conduct my own sports show.

In the process of planning my video, I had to decide on either a feature story or highlights reading. I decided to do a highlight reading. I had to decide on which game I wanted to use for my highlight reading. I decided on the HHS vs ESJ basketball game because it was a good game. Then I had to decide on what I was going to say which was kinda hard but I got used to it. I had to make a script. Then I had to do my voice over which was hard but I became more relaxed. I made the show opening and the lower thirds for the sports show. I anchored on the sports show for L-M-A Sports.  The video came out good there were a few mistakes but they were fixed.

I learned a lot of things from doing this. I learned how to do lower thirds and openings. I learned how to conduct a highlight reading and more about basketball. I learned how to piece together the sportscast. I would choose this concentration again because I enjoyed doing the sports show.
