I think the Lip Dub video came out alright but it could’ve been better. I liked the how the elevator scene was funny and promoted the new technical theatre class thats coming next year. I think it could’ve improved with the empty spaces at the LPAC and it seems like some people wasn’t really into it and didn’t have energy.  Also, the video could’ve been improved if the people singing weren’t so close to the camera. But, overall I think the video was okay.

I think the video promoted the Satellite Center because each class was together while singing and had some type of thing that showed what their class was like (Patient Care- Scrubs, Instrumentation- Uniforms, etc). It promoted Satellite Center positively because it shows how we get things done but we still have a good time while doing it. I think this year’s video didn’t really compare to the past years video because I think last year’s video was better in my opinion; but it was still a good video.

I think the process was good with the brainstorming but it went down hill when the song was chosen. Like when we had to break out into smaller groups and present to the other classes, we weren’t really presenting to them its like we were just talking at them about what the Lip Dub was. I also didn’t like how our class (Patient Care) was complaining about every single thing. It could’ve been improved if the song selections were better and something that everybody knew because a lot of people were clueless on some of the songs.

Next year, I think your idea of two separate Lip Dub videos would be good. Also, next year you should make sure that people are more energetic especially the singers. Also, the mashup wasn’t a bad idea but if you do the mashup next year, you should have a song from each genre (hip-hop, country, pop, etc). My advice to next year’s team members is to not get salty if your song isn’t chosen and just pretend to be into it because thats what I did the whole time.
