Lulling, LA – As an athlete many players dream of the day that they sign those papers sending them off to college. this year 9 players from Destrehan and Hanhville got that opportunity. These players include from the sports of football, swimming, cheerleading, and cross country.

From the Destrehan side these players include; Jabriel Fields who signed with Millsaps. Macon Clark who is going play for Tulane. And finally Sam Matthews who is heading to West Hills.

On the Hanhville side 6 athletes sided there paper to head to college. these players include; Larry Dixon and Jamel Byrd who is taken their talents to Southern University. Pooka Williams is going to Kansas. Alexis Tamplet and Alexis Callett are heading to Loyola. And Emily Blanchard who is going to Northwestern.
