Press Play News: Quarter I

Mikayla Noto

LULING, LA- We created a short film named Mistaken. In 1985 Pamela Boudreaux was camping with a group of friends the next morning she was reported missing. Currently in 2018 a group of friends go camping at the same campsite and Philip finds the newspaper that reported Pamela missing. Philip crumbled up the newspaper and threw it into the fire. Find out what happened to Boudreaux this winter.

Somethings that my peers said we did positively was matching up the sound effects. They also said the missing poster and newspaper were good aspects of the video. I agree with them because, it enhanced our videos quality. I also agree with good camp fire footage. I believe that the camp fire scene set the mood.

Somethings that my peers said we could have done better were clearer quality. I agree with this because, we had auto-focus and auto-iris on causing the video quality to look fuzzy. Also, that music was randomly placed I agree with this because, some clips did not match.

The number one thing I learned this quarter is to work together with your team. If I could start this project over again, something that I would do differently is to have better communication skills with all of my team members. Even though we disagree we need to learn to compromise.
