LULING, LA– For this project, I was most interested in weather/traffic. I chose to do my project on the L.A.C.E Program because it focused on the traffic that was occurring in St. Charles Parish. I had the opportunity of planning, producing, filming and editing this video. I really enjoyed working on this project and I believe this was a great learning experience.
