For the duel in the pool, I captured unique shots with the gopro. I held it underwater in the center lane or the corner of the pool and captured underwater views of swimmers turning around. I also captured a few finishes. It was originally my idea to use the gopro and I am defintely pleased with the outcome. The gopro shots definitely vastly improved the quality of the video by giving it a unique, fascinating, and professional touch. I’m glad it turned out the way it did, as I had to get soaking wet to make it happen. As swimmers turned by the wall, I got splashed with buckets of water each time. But, it was worth it.
