Hahnville knocks off undefeated Terrebonne 52-35

BOUTTE, LA – If you loved offense you would have loved the Hahnville Tigers win over the Terrebonne Tigers.

It was a true gritty ground and pound game from both teams. Hahnville knocks off undefeated Terrebonne in a 52-35 thriller. Terrebonne’s defense had no answer for Hahnville’s potent rushing attack with Terrebonne giving up 498 total rushing yards, with 281 of those 498 yards from Hahnville’s star running back Anthony Pooka Williams, how also pitched in with a 45 yard punt return for a touchdown.

Terrebonne also had a very dangerous rushing attack as well. Accounting for 327 total rushing yards this would come from a committee of players. Douglas with 104 yards, James with 118 yards, and Chaz Ward 100 yards all from the ground.

Neither defense had an answer for either teams rushing attack with both teams all together accounting for 825 total yards on the ground, however Terrebonne would turn the ball over in key points of the game allowing Hanhville to grab a lead. All in all it was a very good performance from both teams and it resulted in a very exciting game.
