I watched OTP week four with Kaycee Joseph as the anchor. The video was not a quality video. She never gave eye contact, she kept looking down at her paper. The strength was speaking clearly. She said every word correct, she was loud enough for you to hear. The most improvements need to be eye contact and not focusing on the paper too much. She can study the script so she wouldn’t have to keep looking down and she can just look at the coach while she is talking. It’s really not any hard changes. Before we air the video we could do a run through so we could make sure that everything goes smoothly and to make sure they know the words so they won’t have to keep looking down.
