DESTREHAN: This was my first game to work of the season, and it was for sure a first of many experiences. I was the side line reporter for Destrehan High School. I gave reports through out the game on statistics and players, which came easy on camera because I had been studying and rehearsing what I was going to say. I liked that I got to be on live tv and I enjoyed being up close and personal to the game. I had a learning experience when being shut down by Destrehan’s coach on live TV, and that would be to have better approaching tactics. From this game, I can take a lot to improve on and work on becoming a better side line reporter.
