LULING, LA- The Hahnville Tigers played the John Ehret Patriots and took a grueling defeat of 46-41.

Even with the dynamic running duo in the backfield of quarterback Jha’Quan Jackson and running back Pooka Williams of having combined rushing yards of over 300, John Ehret’s offense was just too hot.  John Ehret’s running back Brown just ran better with 3 rushing touchdowns for the second straight week.  Ehret’s offense was also backed up by a great throwing game by Mumprhrey who went 11 of 16 with 126 and a touchdown.

Though Hahnville lost, they nearly had a chance to come back. with 2:16 left in the fourth Hanville was down by 5 on John Ehret’s 36 yard line. They were stuffed on a sack on a 4th and 1. Causing Hanhville to put the nail on the coffin.

Next week the Hahnville Tigers (1-1) will face the Brother Martin Crusaders (0-3). You can watch this game live on Presstheplay.tv at 7 o’clock.
